Our process
Our process is what sets us apart. We believe that designing your home should be exciting, not stressful. So each stage of our work holds that belief at its core.
Phase 1

We go into our consultation having prepared ideas based on the information you share upon enquirey:

Initial Inspiration
We use this as our opportunity to learn as much as we possibly can, how will the space be used, when will it be used, who’s using it, existing frustrations you have with the space. We also challenge your design eye, do you like your inspiration photos because it represents you, or trends you’ve seen? We get to the bottom of exactly what you do and don’t like.

Following the consultation, we build a document using all that we have learnt about you. From this we are able to build initial concepts, mood boards, floor plans, furniture and lighting plans, material and furniture selections.
This document is shared after the consultation, so you are able to edit, annotate and comment on at any time. We know you're busy, we won’t be overloading your inbox. You can check in whenever you like and see exactly whats going on.

Once the initial concepts are complete, we will ask for your comments on it. We will share a simple document with you, detailing the price, dimensions and any important information for 3 options of each necessary element:
floor plans
base material selections
lighting plans
furniture layouts
furniture selections
This document simply requires you to check your favorite option. No meeting, no confusing sample board, no lengthy decision process.
You confirm your selections on this document and then we can move onto the next stage.

Once your selections are confirmed, we can start building our 3D renderings and walk through video.
These include all of the materials, floor plans, furniture, layouts that you approved. Additionally, some added decoration for you to really see your house turn into a home.
These are an essential part of our process, so you can really visualize what we are creating. These will be shared with you and you will be able to refine, assess and confirm you are happy with the results.
While you’re confirming everything is perfect for you, we are sourcing quotes for any work that needs to be done, building your approval document detailing the full purchasing specs and organizing procurement of materials and furniture.
Once everything is fully approved, we move onto phase 2.
Phase 2

Once we have confirmation of all concepts, and quotations for work. We begin to build our project timeline. First we do any building works that need to be done, whether thats interior architecture, electrical relocations, plumbing works. Then we can move onto the exciting parts!
Next we will get the specialists in; painters, floor installers, lighting installers, kitchen/bathroom installers - the lot, and your home will start looking like the vision.
We are extremely experienced in the entire renovation process, having lived it from both sides, we understand this is usually where things can go a bit messy. We work with trusted, highly skilled professionals of their trade to ensure the most seamless process.
We also plan our timelines to account for anything under the sun. There are things that cannot be avoided, but we can preempt them and organize around them.

This is where it gets very exciting! All the furniture we have ordered, custom, reupholstered pieces, decorations, are all organised to be delivered in succession of each other. We will be on-site to see it all through. You wont have to lift a finger.
We will keep you updated, sharing updates throughout, via our shared folder, so you can check in whenever suits you. We don’t want you to be getting constant, distracting updates. Again, thats our job, your job is to enjoy the process, when you are available to.
We also make it a priority to avoid any deliveries outside of working hours, it's not your job to deal with getting a sofa through the front door. You should just get home and see everything in its place.

Once our work is done, your home is everything you imagined and more, we will get our professional photographers in to document what we have created. We may also do an ending interview to ensure you are absolutely elated with everything we have done.
You will receive a completion pack, with the beautiful photos of your new home and a few complimentary gifts for you to enjoy.
